When was the last time I get to read a book? When I was in college, between 2000 and 2004, that was how long ago. But I am very excited and can't wait to read my copy of "Gone With a Handsomer Man" by author Michael Lee West. Many of you might know Michael Lee, she is the hostess of Foodie Friday.

On October of 2009 I started assisting my sister, IcyBC with her blogging for charity quest on Blessing Reflections. I soon discovered Foodie Friday sometime in December 2009 because I have a passion for cooking and duplicating what I love to eat. I joined Foodie Friday for the first time with a food post Holiday Indulgence, a seafood salad dish, and that was how I met Michael Lee West. I love cooking special gourmet meals because I have exotic taste...so my Significant Other always tells me.

As time in the blogsphere took a toll on me, and on my directions, tearing me away from my love and passions, it has not been able to tear me away from my fascination of food discoveries! Thereby, I am so very happy to introduce to you the Founder of Foodie Friday, who is the author of Gone With a Handsomer Man, and six other published books.
