After I quit, I used to have these nightmares about me cheating. It has dramatized me to the point that even after I quit for a year I couldn't let go of the thought that I might sneak-off to have a cigaret again. It was like a bad relationship I was so used to having that I felt withdrawn for not having it.
I am so glad I am not a smoker anymore and that do know it is very important to quit. I encourage people who are smoking to think about their health more than whatever it is they are smoking for -if that makes any sense.

Quitting cold turkey like you is best, and I admire your strength. Giving the current situation, it's my escape!

ReplyDeleteGiving up smoking is supposed to be so hard to do so well done on acheiving that! I like the idea of holding a contest and continuing to reward people once they've given up.
