Help Desk Selling Help

Have you ever contacted help desk and turned out that they just want to sell you something else? Well in this example, not only they were trying to get my money, but they stole my time. Running all kinds of tests on my pc, then suggested that they charge me to clean out some corrupted files. Threatened that if I didn't have them delete the files, that my computer will crash. Oh my!
