If you’ve got a boat or yacht, then you know about the constant maintenance that it takes to keep it running smoothly. And you also know about the cost of said maintenance to keep it running smoothly. It seems like there is always something to fix or replace. That’s simply the price that you pay to be able to get out for a day on the water whenever you choose.
And if you have ever been forced to replace something that needs replacing on your boat then you are very familiar with quality parts versus cheap parts. I myself, having owned two center-console fishing boats, am very familiar with parts and the different between quality and cheap parts. After owning a boat for all of these years you watch many boating parts companies come and go. Well, the ones that stick around seem to stick around for a reason. I’m a firm believer that any town can become small when you have a good reputation and UMT Marine International has a great reputation.
My first experience with the company came when I was looking for a quality ladder. I had never heard of UMT but my neighbor mentioned them on conversation. After a quick search online I found review after positive review about the quality of the parts that the company makes. Are they expensive, well yes of course. But these parts will last a very long time and that’s something to be said for a sport that usually chews up and spits out parts within a few seasons. There’s a reason that UMT Marine International has been around for years, quality my friend.
UMT Marine International creates quality parts that will last season after season.

Quality indeed saves us a lot of money so companies that offer such products are worth checking out. My husband and I often dream about owning a boat. ♥
ReplyDeleteMe too. It would be very nice to have one for weekend cruising wouldn't it?
DeleteQuality in anything will most of the time saves lot of trouble in the future...Great post, sis!
ReplyDeleteIt is true. I just can't imagine having that much investment and not have good quality to go with it. :-)
DeleteThanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteYou know what they say: "You get what you pay for"
So it's always best to get the good quality.
I agree. I think most of us want to get good quality. It goes a long way.
DeleteI don’t own a boat, but I do know that quality products are important - especially when it comes to the mechanics of running something so massive. My granddad had a boat and he was very careful about the parts he got for it when he needed something. I’m that way about my car, my computers, and my home.
ReplyDeleteI don't own a boat yet either. :-) It certainly is nice to have a place that we can trust for the things that are important to us.
DeleteI'll pay extra for items that are high quality, otherwise it's inevitable you'll be frustrated and repurchasing soon anyway. I'm glad you found a product you like.
ReplyDeleteThank you for linking to Super Sunday Sync.
Sometimes I would try to cheap out, but it never turn out well.
DeleteMany times, you get what you pay for. I am glad to learn of a place that delivers quality. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteGood thing most of us are wise and cautious.
DeleteMany times you really do get what you pay for. This would be a fun way to spend the weekend!
ReplyDeleteYes. A boat ready and working would be very nice!
DeleteMy father used to buy a boat that needed repaired in the spring time. We lived between two lakes so he would repair them, we would enjoy them for the summer and he would sell them in the fall as all the vacationers left our area and went home. He was a smart business man. lol
ReplyDeletethat's good to know they have products like ladder that could be bought by non-boat owners like me :)
ReplyDeleteYes. I never knew that either. It is pretty awesome, isn't it?
DeleteNice post. I will be sure to bookmark it and come back to read more of your useful information. I will bookmark your blog and check again here regularly. And also I am trying to find things to improve my website I suppose it’s ok to use some of your ideas!
ReplyDeleteOh, I know it from my brother's experience what you are talking about. I always that thought that owning a boat is all about the romantic trips under the moon. However, as it turned out later, the repair costs are the revrse side of the coin. Thanks for this eye-opening update and for sharing your opinion. Have a nice week!
